Most of my paintings take forever, with a bunch of working sessions spread out over days/weeks/months/years. But lately I've been keeping some small panels ready to go, so at the end of the day I can make a quick painting just for fun with whatever colors are left on my palette. This one is a tiny gestural painting of Darth Vader after his mask comes off and he is sad.
Measures about 4" x 4" on un-cradled gessoed masonite (reverse side has a notch for easy hanging without a frame). Hand-signed in pencil on the back.
